Welcome to HYPERDRIVE, Lucknow’s first-ever Autocross & Car Carnival. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all registrations, participation, attendance, and use of our website and services. By registering for, attending, or participating in the event, you agree to strictly abide by these Terms.
2. Registration & Eligibility

All participants and attendees must register through the official event platform.

Registration Fees:

Participant (Autocross / Competition): ₹1,799

Exhibitor / Display (4-Wheeler Exhibition): ₹799
-
Non-Participant / Visitor Pass: ₹799
- Exhibitor / Display (4-Wheeler Exhibition): ₹499

Registration is confirmed only after full payment is completed and verified.

All registrations and passes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including disqualification, event schedule modifications, or non-attendance.
3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment systems.

All payments and registration transactions are received under the official account name Oudh Motorsport.

Incomplete, failed, or pending payments will result in an unconfirmed registration, and entry will be denied.
4. Vehicle Exhibition & Commercial Branding Rules
-
No Workshop / Commercial Logos: Display and participant vehicles must not feature workshop logos, commercial business banners, promotional decals, or advertising materials unless explicitly authorized in writing by Oudh Motorsport under an official sponsorship agreement.

Vehicle Inspection: Event organizers reserve the right to inspect all vehicles prior to entry. Vehicles with unauthorized promotional branding may be refused display access until branding is removed.
5. Event Conduct, Safety & Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Conduct: Burnouts, stunt performances, drifting, rev-limiter popping, street racing, or any form of reckless driving/demonstration of power within or immediately around the event premises are strictly prohibited.

Safety Protocols: All participants must adhere strictly to event safety guidelines, technical inspection requirements, marshal directives, and organizer instructions at all times.

Safe Zones: Spectators and visitors must remain within designated safe zones and viewing galleries. Access to track zones, pit lanes, or restricted areas is strictly forbidden without appropriate accreditation.
6. Violations, Disqualification & Immediate Removal

Zero-Tolerance Enforcement: Any participant, driver, or visitor found violating safety rules, performing prohibited stunts/burnouts, or displaying unauthorized commercial branding will be disqualified and immediately escorted off the event grounds.

Forfeiture: Disqualification or removal will result in the immediate forfeiture of all passes and registration fees without any entitlement to a refund or compensation.
7. Damages & Financial Liability

Participant Liability: Participants and vehicle owners are solely and fully liable for any physical damage, destruction, or loss caused to the venue property, event infrastructure, safety barriers, equipment, or third-party property/vehicles resulting from their actions, negligence, or vehicle operation.

Cost Recovery: Full repair, restoration, or replacement costs for any damages caused will be billed directly to and borne by the responsible individual and/or vehicle owner.
8. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in and attendance at HYPERDRIVE are undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Neither Oudh Motorsport, nor its affiliates, event partners, sponsors, staff, marshals, or venue owners shall be held responsible or legally liable for:

Personal accidents, bodily injuries, permanent disability, or loss of life.

Any physical damage, loss, or theft of vehicles, personal property, or belongings.

Delays, schedule changes, or event disruptions.

9. Intellectual Property & Media Consent

All event branding, logos, names, images, and media are the exclusive property of or licensed by Oudh Motorsport.

By attending or participating, you grant Oudh Motorsport and its authorized media partners full permission and an unrestricted license to capture, broadcast, and publish your likeness, voice, and vehicle’s image across digital, print, and video platforms for promotional and media coverage.
10. Event Modifications
Oudh Motorsport reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue layout, track configuration, or format due to adverse weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, updates will be communicated via the official website or registered email/WhatsApp. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for such modifications.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with HYPERDRIVE shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
