Welcome to HYPERDRIVE, Lucknow’s first-ever Autocross & Car Carnival.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all registrations, participation, and use of our website and services.
By registering or attending the event, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Registration & Eligibility

All participants and attendees must register through the official website.

Registration fees:

Participant: ₹2,499

Non-Participant / Visitor: ₹399

Registration is confirmed only after full payment.

Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment systems.

All payments are received under the account name Oudh Motorsport.

Incomplete or failed payments will result in an unconfirmed registration.
4. Event Conduct & Safety

All participants must adhere to event safety rules, technical inspection requirements, and organizer instructions.

Unsafe or reckless behavior may result in disqualification or removal from the venue without refund.

Spectators and visitors must remain in designated safe zones.

Oudh Motorsport and event partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation or attendance.
5. Intellectual Property
All event branding, logos, images, and media (including photographs and videos captured during the event) are owned or licensed by Oudh Motorsport.
By attending, you grant permission to use your likeness or vehicle’s image for promotional purposes.
6. Event Modifications
Oudh Motorsport reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or format due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, updates will be communicated via the website or registered email. No refunds will be provided for such changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Oudh Motorsport, its affiliates, staff, and venue partners shall not be held responsible for:

Loss or theft of belongings
Participation and attendance are at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh courts.
